Montrose Auto Repair

After a couple of days on the Rim Rocker Trail, 2 of the 3 rigs broke. We were able to limp them both to Montrose and chose Mohr's because of their good reviews. I don't usually write reviews, but Adam and the techs went out of their way to take care of us. They squeezed both vehicles into a very busy schedule. They were able to fix my problem and get me back on the trail! I manage a large Honda dealership, and I have to say this little, small town shop runs smother than my 20 bay state of the art facility. Thank you for helping us so quickly. Adam was very professional and positive. He never once made me feel like we were putting him out. Again, thank you Adam and your team for helping make a bad situation better!

The best customer service I have had in a very long! Henry and his staff were amazing from the start. They were upfront and honest about the work my car needed and I didn’t feel like they were “selling” me anything. They allowed me to choose the work that I wanted done and the level of upgrades that I wanted to make. One part took longer than expected to arrive, and the staff gave me daily updates about where my car repairs were at. They offered to pick my car up at my house and sanitized it when done. They did a quick and excellent job on the repairs and top it off, after the service they called to check on the work that was completed. Throughout the process, they made me feel welcome and extremely valued. Overall, it was the most honest and well done service I have had in a long time. Thank you!

Mohr’s Automotive has worked on my vehicles in the past couple of years. They have always been accurate on their estimates and their lead times. They fix the problems, and inform me of any other issues with the vehicle(s). Adam has been great at the service desk, and Henry always checks up on the performance of the vehicles that were repaired. Mohr’s Automotive provide honest and dependable service for vehicle repair. Took in my fathers 99 Toyota Camry for an alignment and to get new tires mounted and balanced. They were very friendly and also knowledgeable. They have very fair pricing for what they did. Also liked that they did their free inspection of some of the more important components on the car to let you know what you might consider looking into in the future. Would highly recommend and definitely will be going back in the future with our other vehicles.

This is the third visit for me over the last three years . Adam is very professional and keeps you up to date on the service project. The Company is VERY honest and took me back in the shop to show me the possible problem.They worked on my Sprinter 3500, found the cause and corrected it. I will use them again if anything goes wrong.

My son took in my 99 Toyota Camry in for an alignment and to get 4 new tires mounted and balanced. The service was amazing. Everyone was there was friendly and knowledgeable as well. One of the best part is the free inspection that they do of most of your vehicles components to make sure its up to spec and safe. I will definitely be going back there for future services.

We were passing through Montrose when we started having mechanical problems with our class C motorhome. We were referred to Mohr's Automotive by several locals. The owner and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly, and he was able to work us into their schedule on a busy Monday morning. I can't remember the service manager's name, but he and the mechanic who worked on resolving the issue with our motorhome were great to deal with, as well. They fixed the problem a lot sooner than we expected. The final bill was reasonable, and they gave my husband a military discount. If we were local, we would never take our vehicles anywhere else. This is the most friendly and professional automotive shop we have ever seen or used.
