AC needed 2 new valves and a line replaced. Job was done in 3 hours. Labor cost more than the parts. I am pleased the job was done, and apparently well. However, this shop charges are too much for labor.

One of the best car experiences I’ve had with an automotive repair shop! Their customer service was prompt, attentive, professional and accurate. Response time to give me details on my service recommendations was less than 24 hours. Marcus was extremely personable and professional. I will definitely be bringing my automotive repair needs here from now on.

recomended that we needed service that they had just preformed last month. when asked to explain comments on work order told mechanic was on lunch and would call. never called! very disapointed! still wondering if the $500 sevice was really done last month. feels like they were being dishonest

Amazing staff and service from start to finish! I love this shop. They even gave me a loaner car and a follow up call. Support local business and this shop. They were fair and honest and very friendly. The work done was what actually needed to be done. My vehicle is driving better and the work is guaranteed. These folks are great! They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issues and broke down the problems. They took the time to talk through what needs to be done now and what can wait. I live up in Crawford so getting down to town is always a challenge. They were able to work around my schedule and can do before and after hours pickups and drop offs. Will definitely be coming back for all future repair needs!

This is the 3rd chance we have given Mohrs. First 2 times satisfied with service, but took 6 hrs to complete what was said to be 1-2 hour jobs. This time, said 1 1/2 hours, took 3. The real problem was we wanted oil change and saftey check because we were taking a long trip. Got a call 2.5 hours in that said recommended 100000 mile service. One of the items they recommended was something that they had preformed a few months ago. Differential and transfer case fluid change. Why did you not know you had already done this service. But asked if we wanted it done again!! When we picked up truck statement said diff fluid was black. AGAIN YOU HAD JUST DONE THIS SERVICE! when questioned was told mechanic was on lunch but would call with answer. NEVER CALLED! Also stated on paper work that air filter was very dirty, never mentioned that or asked if we wanted replaced! Really disappointed and will not be giving anymore of my business or recomendations.
