Had the death wobble, instead of suggesting to replace the whole front suspension, like some mechanic shops, the crew pinpointed the exact problem and made sure the death wobble wouldn’t occur again.

Mohr's really stepped up to the plate!! When I discovered a flat tire at work, even though they were busy, they came, filled my tire, took my car to the shop, repaired my tire and returned my car all be for lunch! Very happy!

Was on yearly vacation to area when son’s Jeep needed some major service. Jeep dealer was so typical and acted like they didn’t care - told us they couldn’t look at it for a week - tough when on vacation especially in a small town. Was recommended to go to Mohr’s and only had a couple days to get it fixed. They worked us into their schedule and got it fixed on time. They even met us on a Saturday when they were closed so we could stay longer Jeeping (In another Jeep) in mountains Friday. Adam was super nice to meet us Saturday and they did everything like they said. We are doing a major home remodel so have worked with numerous businesses large and small. They all use Covid as excuse to do nothing on time or right. Mohr’s so far is only business that did what they promised so thanks! More importantly the Jeep runs great! We have four vehicles and when another needs service I just might have it towed from Colorado Springs to this place! :)

My truck broke down over the Fourth of July weekend and had to be towed off of a mountain into Montrose. I had gone to Mohr's before and liked the service so I returned for this repair. They finished ahead of their scheduled time and that was impressive considering how many other vehicles were there waiting for them on Monday. Much appreciation to the team at Mohr's!

Just needed an oil change on my motorhome (gas engine, Ford V10). Ford dealership in Montrose would not do anything on RVs but recommend this good shop nearby. Read a number of good reviews and decided to try them. Front desk person was great and friendly and made my appointment when I wanted. Mechanic was quick and thorough and started on schedule. I will definitely use them again if I need service again when passing through.

The manager was very empathetic with our situation and took every measure to assist available to assist us in repairing our RV. We were allowed to set up and use our RV on shop premises while parts were being ordered. No short cuts on quality of repair... Thanks for a job well done.. Ken Neff
