Did ok on bmw oil change, couldn't do exhaust fix, and got "go away" pricing on classic car wiring harness and engine+transmission mounts.

I was a bit irritated that despite asking twice & being there twice ( due to a part having to be ordered) my air filter was not changed. Then, looking back at previous work receipts I found my transmission was flushed at 52,000 mi and 60,000 mi. Sure, I should keep track of these things but I have trusted Mohrs when they tell me I am due for work. In the future I will be more diligent.

Horrible service Was overcharged for a blinker replacement And said my oil cap was gone. When opening the hood the cap was in the engine bay Guaranteed if I was white I wouldnt've been treated that way

You were never charged for a blinker, you were only charged for the testing to tell you that your needed you blinker replaced. Your oil cap was deteriorated to the point where it would not stay in place. We put a new one on for you, being white has nothing to do with this as we have employees of all color. Hope you have a better day and are able find some love for the people trying to help you.

Live five hours away. Car was hesitating during acceleration. Used AAA to tow car to this shop. They diagnosed the problem as a fuel sensor and replaced the part in the same day. Very fast and courteous service. The car ran well until the very top of Monarch Pass. The car died and I was able to nurse it to the top. Once on the summit, the car ran fine and took us the rest of the way home with normal power and performance. I will get the car further evaluated by a local Land Rover shop. The shop did a great job and the engine shares parts with Volvo so maybe an NOS part will deliver the correct amount of fuel during a heavy load up hills. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Fair pricing as well.

Thought they'd take good care of my vehicle...obviously not. Still have a check engine light on and had to fix my truck before I could leave the parking lot after they supposedly fixed it. Not satisfied at all.

Your vehicle was running and driving when you were contacted to pick up the vehicle. Once payment was brought up you were unable to afford the price that we had agreed upon. We were able to help you get financing to cover the rest of your bill and let you leave with your vehicle. Sorry that our service was not up to your expectations, we hope you have a great day.
