The shop fixed the brake problem, buy replacement of the old , parts. Was able to make it to Denver from montrose. I asked for advice about holding on to the ford expedition. I had gotten mixed reviews on holding on to the ford expedition? But there were some recommendations for buying a Toyota or gmc . Don't really want to put more money for repairs on the expedition.

Mohrs replaced lower ball joints on a Toyota Tundra and did a great job communicating what the repair entailed including time and cost and followed up after the repair to make sure everything was working properly. I will continue to take my vehicle to them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Mohr's automotive. While RVing in Montrose my Truck became "no start". I live in Georgia! Understanding that I was an airplane Mechanic, in my working career, Mohrs allowed me to work on my truck while it was at Mohrs! Even allowing me to ship parts to their store! In the end, their awesome Diagnostics found the problem. I overstayed my welcome, but they never made it feel that way. Thanks to their entire staff. Most Noteably: Ryan, Brandon, Chippy, Buffy, and Spencer. Oh, and Emory too.

Our F-250 Super Duty was losing power coming over McClure Pass while pulling our 30ft. RV. we made it to the RV park in Ouray and then check with a local repair in Ouray. They said they didn't work on diesels but gave us the name of other places. I called Mohr's in Montrose and talked to Chris. He said they would try to fit it in. This was on Thur., so we had the vehicle there at 8:00 on Fri. morning. He got it in, did what they could, but needed another main part which had to come from Denver. We extended our stay in Ouray, Chris had the part first thing Monday morning and had job completed by 9:30. We were back in Ouray, hooked up, and headed over Red Mtn. Pass by 1:00. Truck ran like it was new again. We can't thank Chris and Mohr's enough. Turning a bad situation into feel good situation. Thank You Chris.
