I had an appointment time and took my car in on time. I told them I would go for a walk and get some coffee. I left my phone number so they could call. After about an hour I still had not received a call so I walked back to the office and they had not even started my service. I also asked them to replace the washer on the drain plug but there was nothing on the receipt indicating they did and the front nt desk did not mention it Very disappointing service.

I've been getting all of my car care needs at Mohr's for just over seven years, and I really do like these guys. I just got my oil changed (early) and asked that everything necessary for winter be taken care of. I know I need windshield wipers and I only have 53,000 miles on my car. All of sudden I "desperately" need new brakes, need to replace the serpentine belt, and need new tires (these tires are not that old). I don't put that many miles on my car and nothing was said about the windshield wipers, which I know I need. All of a sudden I need an extraordinary amount of work done on a car that I do take good care of, and that concerns me. I will certainly work with Mohr's, but I'll ask more questions. My father has 65,000.00 on his Ford Truck and hasn't had to replace the brakes or any of the belts. I'm glad he said something to me.

Brought my vehicle here again with a tie rod problem. They were able to get me in immediately and the price was super competitive. In and out same day Will keep bringing my vehicle here for service and maintenance. Thanks guys you're doing an awesome job.

Ryan, Chris and the rest of the Mohr’s team did a great job of diagnosing the issue (rear differential), providing an accurate estimate, and then performing the repairs. Simple or complicated mechanical issues, these guys can handle it!
