We experienced a lack of power while pulling our Airstream camper over the passes on I-70 West. The engine warning light came on. We were able to complete our trip to Ridgway, but it was quite nerve-racking. I read the review comments for Mohr's, and decided to give them a call. Mohr's was able to book me in at the start of the following week, which worked for us. I believe the fact that they are often booked out a week is a good indicator of their service quality and reliability. I took the car into the shop at 8 am. Within the hour they were able to diagnose a faulty "Mass Air Flow Sensor" along with a dirty air filter as the culprit. Slightly more than two hours later, the repair was completed. They also did a routine service, which was due. The cost was entirely reasonable in my opinion. Ryan kept me updated as the repair was underway. The trip pulling the camper over the I-70 passes eastbound went very well with the 10-year-old Nissan Armada responding like it always had in past trips. I am grateful for Mohr's fast friendly service and excellent diagnosis. Highly recommended!!
