Thank you, Mohr's, for treating me like a human being! Excellent customer service! I had a coupon, which led me to Google Maps reviews, and based on prior customers' praises, I called for an appointment. Simple oil change on my Jeep. I had to re-schedule, and Adam handled my appointment change with no worries. Mohr's is not marketed as a "quick-lube," but the oil change was done while I waited, in less than an hour. They let me choose my service -- I couldn't afford Full Synthetic, but they didn't berate me as an ignorant customer for choosing Conventional oil this time around. The tech printed-up manufacturer's suggested maintenance, but did not hard-sell me into any services. We talked about servicing my Auto Transmission, and how preventative work will save me money over the life of my Jeep -- I will certainly call to have this done, and the price quoted was reasonable. 2 "downers" were: (1) The price they quoted to change my cabin and engine intake filters was very expensive (in my opinion.) If my budget allowed, I'd say "sure," but I will order these parts and spend an hour in my driveway to change filters, and save quite a bit of money -- That being said, they didn't blink when I said "no thank you;" other places would hard-sell me, or make me feel like a "bad Jeep owner." (2) They didn't vacuum the inside of my vehicle -- however, that is a service not usually offered at most other oil-change shops anymore, so can't really count it against them! My Jeep wasn't returned "dirty" at all, but I had a shop once-upon-a-time that washed your vehicle inside-and-out, and that was a super nice extra! GREAT value for my money, COMPETENT/CERTIFIED shop, FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff (the owner even popped out of his office to say HELLO.) I will be back, I will tell my friends, and you should make an appointment at Mohr's for any service work you need handled.
