Great service and fine folks!

We had a weird code on our 2014 Ford F150 so we brought it in to Mohr’s. They found the issue and had to order a part. It only took a few days from start to finish. We drive the truck to Scottsdale for the Holidays and it ran great!!! Would highly recommend Mohr’s!!

My 1998 Dodge 2500 V10 4x4 has been sitting in my snowy yard for a couple of months slowly getting buried as she’s unable to go in reverse. Now after the biggest snow of the year, I call for a tow. I was certainly afraid that the tow truck wouldn’t make the sketchy turnaround, let alone make it out the extreme hilly private drive. Unbelievably Shane made short work of it, I was amazed. He was smiling and having fun the whole time here, very congenial and eager to please. . I’ve not yet after so many years been let down by Mohrs. We are lucky to have such quality talent here in Montrose. Will try to post some pictures. Eva

Was able to get in right away for an oil change & tire rotation amazing customer service and they even followed up two days later to make sure I was satisfied, will definitely go back!

My 2006 Toyota Highlander needed a tune up. I brought it to Mohr’s and I am glad I did! My car is in excellent shape. Communication with Joni was good . An all around great experience. I would recommend Mohr’s Automotive. Thank you!!

My car was stalling and vibrating, and overall just not in a good place. I had an oil change not too long ago at the dealer, so I decided to go to Mohr’s to see if they could diagnose it. Mohr kept in contact with me all day, and had told me I was running on an empty tank, likely because the dealership didn’t do the oil change like they said. They also did an engine diagnostic test to see why my car was going into stalling mode (turns out it was because it had no oil). Mohr’s did a full service on my vehicle, and told me if I was still having issues to bring it back with no charge. Spencer text me to follow up a couple days later to see how it was running. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail they put in my car (unlike the dealership). Great customer service!

All I can say about Mohr's Automotive is absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! Not going to go into detail because it would be to long.. I was really comfortable when I walked in the door off the bat, Sue at the front desk was so down to earth and so awesome to deal with what a very nice lady and helped me out a lot and answered ever question I had so AWESOME I can't say enough about Sue she was a amazing... And then about the tech Kyle, I cant' say enough about him either Kyle was very informative and knowledgeable about my situation an my truck he was awesome to deal with and got my truck fixed and done in a timely manner.. And Spencer was very helpful also and answered my questions also... I will definitely be back and they have earned a valued customer in my books.. First off I never use a mechanic...well not until I get in deep enough to know I messed up somewhere. The repair on my older foreign SUV took longer than I'd hoped but in all fairness to Mohrs its an old vehicle with some custom parts requiring special order handling...the upside was that they kept me current and informed with real information...not the mechanic-speak that avoids accountability. Mohrs is an upstanding straight-shooter business that can and does take on jobs most places can't or won't do and, although my repairs weren't cheap, their rates were completely reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called after a few days asking how the repair was working out...I really had no answer since I'd only driven it onto and off of a trailer...but it worked well then. He called back another week later because he didnt feel like Id checked that box so we did it that time...simply amazing...have you ever had the mechanics shop follow up afterwards?? Bottom line: I'll choose honest over a dollar every day. I might just become a little less mechanical and let them do it!

I was on a work trip in Montrose, Colorado and my fuel pump went out. I didn’t have time or resources to change it out considering I was supposed to leave for home the next day. Sue got me in and made sure they got my car done the next day, she also helped me figure everything out since this was my first time dealing with a auto shop, let alone one not in my home state. She was so helpful!! Spencer fixed my car in under just a few hours and they got me on my way. I was also given a complimentary rental car because I wouldn’t have mine and needed to get around. If you’re ever in colorado or near montrose go to Mohrs, they are the best!!
