Very appreciative of the quality of care and preventative mindset. Jason, the intake customer service tech exceeded the scope of our services. Very knowledgeable and informative. It is reassuring knowing my mother is safe on the road.

Check engine light with a DEF failure. Spencer diagnosed and gave a very understandable explanation of what caused the failure. Then expedited the repair. Mohr's customer service is the best I have ever experienced at an automotive repair shop anywhere in the U.S.

I moved to Montrose in 2018. I’ve been looking for a mechanic that would do what needed to be done. Not wait for me to say something is wrong. I am not the mechanic I need one that is there for me and keeps my car running in great shape. Mohr’s Automative has met my expectation. Every one is extremely helpful and friendly. I had never been to Mohr's before. I called first thing in the morning because my car was making a...noise...and I was worried about driving my brother to his doctor appt in Grand Jct later in the day. They got me in right away and fixed the problem. They recommended other services including fixing the transmission pan that is seeping. I made the appointment for that for later in the week and they said I could pay for today's service when I picked my car up from its next appointment. Now THAT is good customer service. Thank you!!

My wife and I were on our trip from out of state to Black Canyon of the Gunnison and my brakes went out. We stopped in at Mohr’s and were very well taken care of! They worked us into the schedule, were very friendly, and even let us borrow a car so we could check out the canyon while my car was being worked on! We are so appreciative for all of their help!

My 1998 Dodge 2500 V10 4x4 has been sitting in my snowy yard for a couple of months slowly getting buried as she’s unable to go in reverse. Now after the biggest snow of the year, I call for a tow. I was certainly afraid that the tow truck wouldn’t make the sketchy turnaround, let alone make it out the extreme hilly private drive. Unbelievably Shane made short work of it, I was amazed. He was smiling and having fun the whole time here, very congenial and eager to please. . I’ve not yet after so many years been let down by Mohrs. We are lucky to have such quality talent here in Montrose. Will try to post some pictures. Eva

All I can say about Mohr's Automotive is absolutely AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! Not going to go into detail because it would be to long.. I was really comfortable when I walked in the door off the bat, Sue at the front desk was so down to earth and so awesome to deal with what a very nice lady and helped me out a lot and answered ever question I had so AWESOME I can't say enough about Sue she was a amazing... And then about the tech Kyle, I cant' say enough about him either Kyle was very informative and knowledgeable about my situation an my truck he was awesome to deal with and got my truck fixed and done in a timely manner.. And Spencer was very helpful also and answered my questions also... I will definitely be back and they have earned a valued customer in my books.. I have had my pickup in a few other shops to get the front end aligned and the steering corrected. Took it in to Mohr's today and they got it right the first try. The staff is fantastic and have a great attitude. Thank you.
