Outstanding experience! Traveling through town and had a broken electrical connection to my travel trailer. No lights breaks or turn signals. Mohr’s worked me in on short notice despite being very busy and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Friendly courteous capable responsive!

The whole staff at Mohr's Automotive is incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They rearranged a tight Friday schedule for my friend and when we had a car emergency and were only in the area for two days. Everyone went out of their way to help us and, when it turned out that they weren't able to completely resolve the problem, they also helped us arrange to have the car hauled to Denver. The whole situation was a complete nightmare for us, but the team at Mohr's Automotive helped us so much!

I was very pleased they were able to drive to where I was stuck with my 2 Grandchildren with a busted serpentine belt, And give my Van a Jump, Although it started Squeaking soon after driving it, Once I got back to Gunnison took it to JC Automotive And they Discovered they had put the wrong size serpentine belt on

My best friend and I recently visited Ridgway, CO, where we became stranded when our rental car had a mechanical problem. Unfortunately, we caused the problem (it was 100% user error), the rental car service was not helpful - their roadside assistance would only tow the vehicle for up to 15 miles and there were no garages in Ridgway that could help. So, we were left to our own devices and, fortunately, we stumbled across Mohr's Automotive at the recommendation of one of the other service stations we called. Because it was after hours on a Thursday, we had to wait until first thing Friday morning to call them. We did so, and they were kind enough to rearrange their whole schedule to tow the vehicle first thing and then to work on it all day long. The saga continues, but, all in all, they went far out of their way to help two stranded tourists with literally no other options, and, if I lived near Montrose, I would never take my car anywhere else. Huge thanks to Tom, Spencer, Adam and everyone else at Mohr's Automotive for being fast, honest, decent people!!

Thank you for taking care of our needs and making repairs to our motor home. We were traveling through Montrose, Co. when our RV was having motor issues. Not knowing anyone in this community to help us, you made us feel comfortable and ensured us that you could take care of these repairs. Henry drove to our RV site to evaluate the repairs and started making calls for the necessary parts. The work took several weeks so we left the RV and returned a couple of weeks later where Adam met us at the airport. We were pleased that the repair cost did not change from the estimate and it was ready for us to drive it back to home to Kansas. Thank you for your dedication to service and the above and beyond experience that we received. We were glad that we put our faith in Mohr's Automotive for these repairs and would highly recommend your services to those in Montrose community and those traveling through.

Great service

Great, fast service, walked us through and explained each step, made helpful recommendations. Was traveling thru on the way to Utah so may not be back, but happy they were there for my 4Runner.
