Adam was very friendly and took the time to explain everything. Work was done quickly. He also explained results from inspection and recommendations for future work with no pressure. I will be returning to Mohrs for future servicez.

AWESOME! Their professionalism and friendly business practice starts at the door or the phone with Adam. We have used Mohr's once before and since then we recommend them every chance we get to friends, family, strangers in town, and social media. This month we have had both our vehicles in for numerous things. Their mechanics completely check and test your vehicle and address ALL issues thoroughly, as approved by you. Even if you choose NOT to address/fix something, it will be printed out and in their system for later fix if needed. Expenses are kept to the lowest possible and you review and approve work beforehand. No extra charges, no extra work, no waiting and wondering if it's getting worked on yet, timely service, excellent availability of their shuttle service, no extra grease or dirt on the inside of your vehicle after service. I have never felt better recommending an auto shop to anyone. So, I'm running only a few minutes ahead to get to a MD specialist appt. made 2 months ago, and BOOM. The transmission is going crazy! RPM's all over the place, it's in drive and then it's in neutral, I have fifteen minutes to the appt. and I'm on the highway. I barely get it over the tracks to Mohr's and get it in a parking spot. I run inside and explain to Adam the transmission is dead and I need to get to an appt in 10 minutes that is 5 minutes away. NO PROBLEM- Adam quickly (but safely) drives me to get my husband's vehicle a couple miles away and off I go! I get to my appt. only 5 minutes late! It was found my transmission bled out through a burst hose and that the transmission ended up without any permanent damage. Less than a 2 days and $100, I was back in my car, with now a clean bill of health.

What a pleasant experience! Finally a shop that would listen to and respect its customer. And for a very reasonable fee they got the diagnosis correct. Their competitor couldn't get it right and charged me two and a half times as much for virtually nothing but an incorrect diagnosis. So glad to have gone to Mohr's and I will continue to do business with them!

Wow! An amazing experience from arranging our appointment (the very next day!) to the completion of the service. Adam at the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. Mohr's Automotive turned a stressful experience into a positive one! While passing through town my Subaru broke down and we barely rolled into the parking lot of Mohr's after being turned away by other local mechanic shops. The staff was friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable. They explained everything very well, went right to work, and had my car back on the road within a couple of hours. I was really wowed when they discounted the original quote for the diagnostics and service because it took them 15 minutes less time than I was quoted for. I am very grateful for the excellent service we received that day, and highly recommend Mohr's to anyone!
